Patrick Daly

Patrick has over 33 years in the food and beverage industry. He studied Hotel Restaurant and Travel Administration at the University of Massachusetts. He has held jobs from quick service to fine dining and everything in between. In 1999 he co founded Wings Over in Amherst MA and grew it to 40+ stores in 14 states through both company store and franchise models. He sold the company in 2017. He also co founded the Hangar Pub and Grill in Amherst MA and sold it in 2012. In addition to his work at Wings Over, he was co-owner of the Carvery in Columbus OH and since selling Wings Over he has gotten back into the full service restaurant business with the Atlas Tavern in Columbus OH. He has in depth knowledge of franchising, kitchen operations, marketing, menu design, restaurant design and customer behavior.

Marco Piazza
As a graduate of Ohio State University's Hospitality Management program, Marco's focus is directed towards sales and business development. Sixteen years of experience in the hospitality industry has given him a well rounded view of the business as a whole. Marco is currently the director of operations for Sagas Restaurant Group. Proficient in both back and front of house operations, his passion lies in creative+innovative thinking along with problem solving.
